Mishkat Nour Foundation provides thousands of services during Ramadan

Under the slogan "No Photography"
Continuing its year-round offerings, the Mishkat Nour Foundation provides thousands of services during Ramadan.
Major General Adel Al-Ghadban attended the Mishkat Nour Iftar with more than 2,500 guests from families sponsored by the foundation. He also witnessed the production of a ton of cookies and biscuits for the occasion of Eid.
Today, the Mishkat Nour Foundation hosted a Ramadan iftar for more than 2,500 guests from the people of Port Said, led by Major General Adel Al-Ghadban, Governor of Port Said. He was received by a number of executive leaders and Dr. Nour Al-Huda Al-Gammal, Chairperson of the Foundation's Board of Trustees, at the Al-Qabouti Youth Center in the suburbs district.
It's worth noting that the Mishkat Nour Table's tables were designed to be named "Takaya Mishkat."
The governor was keen to interact with the residents of the area and attendees, learning from them about the quality of services they receive from the foundation. He expressed his happiness with the educational, cultural, social, and medical services provided to the people of the poor areas, in various fields.
Major General Adel Al-Ghadban, Governor of Port Said, also witnessed the production of a ton of cookies made by the Mishkat family, which will be distributed to the neediest families. The donations are paid by the foundation to support these families as micro-enterprises, increasing their income and enabling them to work from home.
He also witnessed the opening of 50 projects for women who learned to produce and manufacture detergents in training workshops provided by the foundation. The foundation is helping them start their own businesses by the end of this Ramadan.
The foundation also launched a project to produce food from people's homes (indigent families) for a fee, under the name of the Mishkat Home Takaya Project. The project aims to produce thousands of meals daily throughout the year, not just during Ramadan. The governor attended a free clothing distribution exhibition for Eid, which was specially prepared for these families and their children. He also attended the "Hawi Theater," the first theater for behavioral modification for children in the areas served by the foundation, which was widely welcomed throughout Port Said.
The foundation has also been keen to increase the number of hot meals it provides to needy families, with a total of 1,500 beneficiaries daily, starting at the beginning of Ramadan and throughout the year, even during the severe storms that hit the governorate yesterday.
It is worth noting that the governor honored the winning teams in this year's Ramadan League, which included 700 children from the areas served by the foundation.
Despite distributing thousands of food boxes and meals this season, the foundation has been careful to work quietly, without highlighting this assistance through photography.
In addition, the foundation provides medical, social, and educational assistance, orphan sponsorship, and other programs. It's worth noting that the foundation's branches span several governorates and that it was established in 2016 under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ahmed Omar Hashem. It is the first foundation to transform residential units into productive units.
